運費將會如下:
HK$1.00 – $500.00 (1KG 運費 HK$30.00)
HK$501.00 – $1000.00 (1.5KG 運費 HK$36.00)
HK$1001.00 – $9999.00 (運費只收 HK$20.00)
範例: 2019年9月1日起, 每對鞋(2KGS), 順豐將收取 HK$42.00 運費, 如消費 $1000.00 以上, 店長將只收取(運費 HK$20.00), 其他由店長支付。
客人可在網店落單可以選擇派送上門 (住宅或偏遠地區) , 順豐站或智能櫃, 工商地址。訂單將會2天內寄出。

顧客無法自行選擇郵寄方式。貨品將於訂單確認後2個工作天內寄出。 - The goods will be dispatched by SF Express according to the customer's mailing address. Customers cannot choose their own mailing method.
- Please allow 2 working days for delivery processing - shipping time vary as shipping addresses.
- We ship goods worldwide using Hong Kong Post (Speed Post or Airmail), SF-Express depends on the shipping address and customer do not have the option to choose between the carriers.
- Notification with tracking information will be sent when we send out the goods.
- Shipping fee will be shown on the order screen, it will be adjusted automatically according to the shipping address and items ordered.
- Customer will be responsible for all the tariffs, taxes and cost related to designated customs.
RETURN POLICY
**All SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE**
**PRE-ORDERS, SPECIALS AND LIMITED RELEASES ARE FINAL SALE**
- All regular priced products bought in-store and online can be exchanged or returned for within 3 daysof their initial purchase date or delivery date.
- All products must be un-worn and still intact including their original tags/packaging/extra laces, accompanied by their receipt for proof of purchase.
- Should there be a factory defect or incorrect shipment we will gladly exchange the item for the correct product, provide store credit, or issue a credit to your credit card. Under these circumstances Poopoo Online Store will cover all costs involved in returning the merchandise.
Only returns of defective or incorrect merchandise will be eligible for 100% money back and return shipping paid for.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
